| IMPORTANT TENANT INFORMATION | | $50 Referral Bonus
We are offering a $50 referral bonus to all of our current tenants for rental referrals that lead to a signed lease on any of our available apartments.
All you have to do is tell a friend, a co-worker or family member about our apartments and encourage them to contact us. When they do so, they should, of course, tell us that they were referred by you. We will take it from there. If your referral leads to a signed lease we will send you a check for $100 within 15 days! It does not get any better or simpler.

Please feel free to call us at 603-659-7200 if you want to talk to us about this referral bonus scheme. You could also still be eligible for this bonus if you tell us of a person that you know who is looking to rent.
| | Monthly Tenant Raffle
We continue with our long-standing tradition of the Monthly Tenant Raffle.
On the 2nd of each month (or the following weekday if the 2nd falls on a weekend or holiday), we place the names of all the tenants that paid their rent on the 1st of that month in a hat and randomly pick out one name.
The tenant’s name that is pulled from the hat will receive a $100 coupon in the mail to be redeemed against the next month’s rent.
Consistent with our privacy guidelines when it comes to tenant information we will not disclose who the winner was for a given month -- unless you give us explicit written approval to do so. So if you are a winner, we will ask you whether we can disclose your name as the winner of that month's raffle. But that is entirely up to you.
| | Cheney Property Management - PRIVACY POLICY
Cheney Property Management is committed to maintaining the privacy of their tenants -- on an indefinite basis, with no time limits.
As a rule, Cheney Property Management (CPM) strictly safeguards all tenant information, indefinitely, as privileged, confidential data only available to certain, authorized CPM employees -- purely for internal use related to normal rental activities.
When applying to rent a CPM owned apartment potential tenants have to complete and sign an official CPM Application Form. This form explicitly states that information supplied on the form may be used for obtaining credit approval, as well as for fulfilling utility company requirements.
Other than using information on the CPM Application Form to obtain credit approval and to notify the relevant utility companies, CPM, as a rule, does not divulge any tenant information to 3rd parties. Consequently there is no possibility, whatsoever, that tenant information will ever be shared, sold or bartered with 3rd party individuals or entities for personal or commercial gain.
The only exception to the above will be in situations where there is a clear legal mandate and necessity to impart contact information to the police or other law enforcement agency in the event of an emergency, accident or crime investigation. Even when requested by the police or law enforcement, CPM will, in general, first attempt to contact you themselves to appraise you of the circumstances and notify you that your contact information is being requested.

54 Exeter Road: Residents are permitted to move their vehicles to the driveway of 56 Exeter Road until their driveway is plowed. We expect tenants to move their vehicles back after their driveways have been properly plowed and sanded.
| | Your Contact Information
There may be times we may need to contact you-- somewhat urgently. In addition to sending our Newsletter to you via e-mail (if possible), we would also like to keep you appraised of any pertinent news, on a timely basis.
To that end we intend to maintain a current contact information list on all of our tenants.
This information, per our stringent privacy policy [see below], will not be shared with, sold or divulged to any 3rd parties -- with the one possible exception that it may be given to the police or fire/rescue officials in the event of an emergency or accident.
To cover all eventualities, we would like to obtain, at a minimum, the following contact information:
- home telephone number
- cell phone number
- work phone number
- e-mail address
- emergency contact [name, relationship, phone(s)]
