  • Each applicant(s) must submit  a rental application, a landlord verification, and an employment verification form.  For a general overview of CPM's rental application process, click here.
  • There is no discrimination, whatsoever, on any grounds - consistent with NH State Statutes.

  • Call us at 603-659-7200 and we can mail, fax or e-mail application to you.
  • Visit our office at 74 Exeter Road, Suite A-1, Newmarket, New Hampshire, Tuesday - Thursday, 12p.m. to 5p.m, and pick up a blank application(s).

Submitting Rental Application Forms - $30 Processing Fee

  • Mail entire application, with a check, to:  74 Exeter Road, Suite A-1, Newmarket, NH 03857
  • Fax application(s) to us at:  603-659-7208 and mail or drop off application fee(s)
  • E-mail it to [email protected] as a Word, Adobe Acrobat, plain test document, or a scanned image in JPEG, TIFF or GIF format, and mail or drop off application fee(s)
  • Visit our office at 74 Exeter Road, Suite A-1, Newmarket, NH, Tuesday - Thursday, 12p.m. to 5p.m., and drop off the application(s) and the fee(s).
  • Payment is required to begin the application process.

​Please completely fill in your application(s). If you do not provide us with complete information, we will not be able to process the application(s) successfully. If there is any item on the application that you do not understand, please ask for assistance. If there is additional information that you feel may be of assistance to us in processing your application, please let us know.

There is a $30 application fee per applicant due with each completed application.  ALL application fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.  

​The screening and verification process is used for every applicant the same way – fairly, consistently, and uniformly. We work very diligently to observe both the spirit and letter of the fair housing laws. An applicant who passes the screening criteria is offered a unit when a suitable unit is available. An applicant who does not satisfy the screening criteria is not accepted as a resident.

Your application(s) will be approved or denied within a 48 hour time period. After your application(s) have been approved, we will set up an appointment for you to sign a Lease at our office. Your Lease must be signed by all occupant(s).  At the time of Lease signing, a deposit equal to one month's rent is required for your security deposit.
