General Details for Renters
Pets
|
Pets are welcome! We require $25 per cat and $50 per dog security at signing of the lease then this amount per pet as part of the monthly rent. All dogs must be registered into the Pet World DNA Registry (DNA test=$65 per dog).
In order to keep dogs at any of our properties, please follow proper dog etiquette by immediately cleaning up after your dog and disposing of waste in trash containers. If etiquette is not followed, the infraction will cost $250 the first time tenant is remiss. Any further infraction will be cause for eviction for not following proper dog etiquette. Tenant is responsible for all costs of damage done by pet, including but not limited to, damage done to the interior or exterior of leased premises, fleas and their control, the grounds around said premises and neighboring units, and shall indemnify and hold harmless Lessor of any such damages and any injuries claimed by any person which may have been caused or inflicted by such pet. Pitbulls, Rottweillers, and Dobermans are strictly PROHIBITED! |
Smoking

ALL OF OUR PROPERTIES ARE NON-SMOKING! If you have the need to smoke, it is only permitted at least 15 feet from the building, and strictly prohibited in unit hallways, decks, garages, storage areas, and basements.
Proper cigarette disposal is also respectfully requested. If smoking in any part of lawn, please have container for disposal of all litter including ashes, butts, and packages. |
Referral Bonus

All you have to do is tell a friend, a co-worker, or family member about our units and encourage them to contact us. When they do so, they should, of course, tell us that they were referred by you. We will take it from there. If your referral leads to a signed lease, we will send you a letter stating you will receive a $50 deduction from your next month's rent! It does not get any better or simpler.

Monthly Tenant Raffle
|
We continue with our long-standing tradition of the Monthly Tenant Raffle. On the 2nd of each month (or the following weekday if the 2nd falls on a weekend or holiday), we randomly choose one name. The tenant’s name that is chosen will receive a letter for the $100 deduction against the next month’s rent!
Consistent with our privacy guidelines when it comes to tenant information we will not disclose who the winner was for any given month. |
Snow Removal |
Mead Hill Complex: After the main portion of the parking lot is plowed, please move your vehicle to the access road while the parking spaces are being plowed. If you will be away for any period of time, please leave a key to your vehicle with a neighbor.
PLEASE BE ADVISED ANY VEHICLE NOT MOVED DURING SNOW REMOVAL MAY BE TOWED OR PLOWED IN. IF YOUR VEHICLE IS TOWED, TENANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CLAIMING VEHICLE FROM TOW COMPANY. |
Your Contact Information
There may be times we may need to contact you-- somewhat urgently. We would like to keep you apprised of any pertinent news, on a timely basis.
To cover all eventualities, please fill out and submit the Tenant Information Form. To that end we intend to maintain a current contact information list on all of our tenants. This information, per our stringent privacy policy, will not be shared with, sold or divulged to any 3rd parties -- with the one possible exception that it may be given to the police or fire/rescue officials in the event of an emergency or accident. |
